Small house just outside cove entrance as picture.
This is an auction with a buyout.
Min bid is small house deed + 10k (53,800gp)
Buyout is 2 x small house deed + 10k (97,600gp)
Any bid/buyout must be posted on this thread to ensure fair auction.
Auction will run until 8:00pm Friday 18th EST (unless buyout is met)

I would actually love to keep this but will have no access to the game over christmas, so would lose it, obviously i will lift it if nobody buys soon, but I personally think its worth more than the price of the deed.

sorry i didnt recieve any pm from you. Im still trying to get in contact with the other bidder who posted the buyout, If i cant get hold of him Im going to pay someone to refresh it, and keep it.
