selling House deeds - Full price?

Can you sell deeds to NPC's for full price?
and which ones buy them? I tryed and I have nothing they are interested in. yet i have a deed on me.

walk near the npc and it will tell you to drop the deed onto them

Yeah, go and it will say something about how it can appraise the price and buy it if you'd like or w/e, drop the deed over that NPC and it'll deposit the gold into your bank.

ok, thanks, I recieved 6 small house deeds for these magic items i am selling, and I thought you could sell them back, but when i tried it was being wierd.

In 1997 the house was broken into by a deranged fan. Garriott held him off with an Uzi, firing a warning shot while waiting for police to arrive.
