Objectives: The Department of Exotic Animal Sales seeks to regulate the trade of horses, llamas, ostard, nightmares, and dragons within city limits in order to maintain the highest standards in both commerce and the humane treatment of these animals. In order to sell such animals in city limits, you must purchase a permit from [cA]. Permits cover one player forever.

More and more they are showing their true nature. Creating departments out of nothing, creating illigal permits, this is pure extortion! And I hope the honest citizens of Brittannia will see the truth and find the courage to defend themselves against this nonsense.

Also, the cA department of forum post regulations requires you to obtain a permit to post in our forums if your name starts with an animal name, such as "bat". the one time fee for this is 10,000 gold pieces

i see them as PIMPs ... its ok to molest the animals if you Pay Them!!!

We are often tracking scums and criminals all over the world. But sometimes our hard work is rewarded when we find true citizen who accepted to lead a legal activity. This will make a better world for everybody.

I never bother trying to sell mounts because people don't seem to buy them often, but how do you guys enforce this?

Only thing I can think of is trying to herd or entice them away which is an annoyance at best.

You could always entice through gates to horrible spawns.. for instance there is a spot in Hyloth, south of the balron room which has like 2-3 deamons in it, and a bunch of other crap.

Why the hell would anyone who can start a fresh character with 50 taming and go get an unlimited amount of free mounts even consider paying? I'll bring some mounts to West Brit Bank so you guys can gate them out "under my nose". I will then pretend to be angry as long as you promise to pretend to be clever.

Horses aren't exotic. And its exotic animals, not mounts.

Dragons, white wyrms, nightmares, ostards, polar bears, etc. Fall under this category.
