This is open ended I will sell it when I choose to, I also hold the right to sell to whomever I wish or refuse to sell to whomever.
Town includes: 7 small houses. Ruins. Brigand camp. Wooden spiked fence that cuts off the the rest of the town. Also has small uprisings on the inside of the fort for archers or any long range attack methods. Beautiful beach and small little area of trees within the town. Just west of the dungeon Shame.
If you are looking for a new start or are interested in bringing up a new guild, or perhaps looking for a place to position your army, this would be a good place for it.
This town is ideal for roleplaying and roleplaying sieges on the town.
I honestly couldn't tell you how many resources and hard work went into building this town.
