Tower - Great mining spot!

Selling a tower located about 30 seconds or less straight west of the Trinsic main gate on the Destard mountain range. I GM'd both smithing and mining within a very short time with this tower.

This house is within one screen of a great mining cave and you can even mine the mountain from within the tower. The tower is empty except for a large forge with anvil and a loom and spinning wheel.

Bidding will start at deed price + 25,000 gold. Increments will be accepted at a minimum of 15,000 gold. I'd much prefer to have this up for bids for people instead of setting a buyout, but if you are in dire need of this location then deed + 250,000 gold buyout would be accepted. (I realize this is priced high for a buyout, but as I mentioned I'd rather keep this open for bidding.)
