I've got a two story home as well as two small houses all bordering a private pond right off of the hedge maze. (Balrons + Rare spawns) It's a nice, relaxing spot with a lot of privacy and a short run to both Trinsic or Britain.
I'm taking offers on the three homes. I would like to start bidding at 350k with a buyout of 500k. I am not too interested in trades, but if you have something interesting don't hesitate to shoot me a message and I can contemplate it.
