Selling Brit Beach Houses

Auctioning off the 3 beach houses together in one sale. Bidding starts at 300k. The house west has a grandfathered secure on the step as well as the paintings locked down. PM or post if interested.

I would like to sell this week. I had promised to sell to someone who appears to be MIA for the last month (Cavewight). I was just giving him enough time to show up so I don't back out of our previous negotiations.
Princesspeach has the highest bid so far.

Looks like this will be going to Joshua. I'll be closing the auction shortly if there is no other interest.
