I heard a rumor awhile back that if you were a worrior you could use Arms Lore working abit like tactics but was actually wondering if this is true? and if so what type of leveling do you require for it to be useful? thanks for any help anyone can give.

nope, theres no benefit to arms lore here for anything

should build strength if your working on stats.

Does arms lore give a bonus to the chance of making Exceptional weapons and repairing weapons or was that a different age?

Arms lore is only good for checking the durability/damage of a weapon or piece of armor.

Especially handy when buying from player vendors.
