Ghoul's Touch = Paralyze. It's a nice little enhancement for bardiches/hallies since it not only gets the hally hit off but keeps them from healing without popping a pouch.
I actually have a force dagger of ghoul's touch. I plan on raping someone with it one day.

HURRRRR I'm dumb. For some reason I thought ghouls touch was like mana drain or something.
