Your weapon skill, from what I've read, determines your chances of hitting and being hit. Two GM Swordsmen will have a 50% chance of hitting each other.
Does a GM rank in Swordsmanship only decrease your chance of being hit by another Sword wielder's skill check or does rule apply against all the other weapon skills such as Fencing and Mace Fighting? What about Archery?

Re: Weapon Skills
All other factors equal, GM Swordsman vs a GM Fencer will have the same chances of hitting each other as two GM Swordsmen or two GM Fencers. Accuracy is a comparison of the skills associated with each combatant's equipped weapon. I'm not sure what the exact formula is, but that's the general relationship.
Re: Weapon Skills
So if I was both a GM Fencer and Swordsman does that add to the chance of my opponent missing?

Nope. Just the weapon skill of whatever's currently in your hands (or wrestling if you're empty-handed or wielding a spellbook).
