Yup, for sale.
Get it now.
Starting bid is 225K
Public bids only, unless there's some real good reason to do it in private and even then I reserve the right to sell to whomever I choose even if it's a lower public bid (felix is not welcome to bid, hah).
Broker will be used if deemed necessary.
Ends as soon as there's a slowdown in the bids, or by Friday, whichever comes first.

Hey it's also one of the few houses that is handy to both the waterfall and the hidden mage valley area....great house really, someone should snag it.
