Hair restyle/beard restyle?

How can I get this done?
So I've seen people with neon hair and neon sandals(neon sandals are not era accurate so I don't believe anyone should be saying "oh but restyles being sold on alchemist aren't era accurate"), I think we need to have the alchemists sell hair restyles at least.
Not neon hairdyes.
But anyway, it would be a gold sink and technically restyle deeds are era accurate.
What do you guys think?
