Smith Quest

Hey everyone..I am having a problem "redeeming" the reward for Klog the Blacksmith's 200 ingot order..I have what looks like a blue rune book that is the order. I combined the requested metal and order book and there's a "collect" tab on the lower left side of the 1st page, but I'm not at all sure how to get it. Any help.. Thx in advance
