Ghosting blocks house placement?

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Accurate or not its retarded...meant in a deragotory way not in a special way. This goes for drydocking boats as well.

I remember ghosts blocking houses from summer 1999 when i was doing IDOC`s a bit with my guild.

We know accuaracy is the goal by the way, whether everything was literally tanslated or not is up for interpetation.

Is there any backing besides memory you have for ghost placement blocking housing spots that you know of? Just for record's sake if this was the case.
