Mana Regeneration Formulas for Passive and Active???

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

And does meditation effect passive regen?

Meditation and Int should both effect it, IIRC. I believe the old forumla was 1 mana per second passive with 100 med 100 int, and 2 per second when actively meditating with 100 med 100 int.
