Its about 2 screens away from the destard entrance; coords are 1212, 2675.
A nice spot to store the usual loot and continue farming without a bank stop - or - a safe area if a pk is hunting you (assumed you have a ban-macro).
My lockpicker used it for the training in destard (with a stealther it was relatively fun sneaking around players and watching them run from pks)
