2 story vesper beach who owns it?

This house has gone near IDOC several times so who ever owns it obviously isnt using it.
Im willing to buy it, just hit me up here or on IRC usename Jeebs.

If he doesnt play hardly at all then what good will gold do him lol. Its a shame though. That is prime real estate.

Gold will do better sittin in the bank rather than a house that he lets go to long on accident and actually falls.
