UO Second Age

Hello, I was wondering why there is no music in the game.. I visited many different places in the world and there were only sounds around. No music. Why is this?

Did you check that it's turned on in the options screen?

The music should be in a "music" subfolder of your main UO directory, make sure there are music files in it.

The OSI version has alot of mp3 music files not in use by the older patched version of UO....It would be nice for some of the advanced players on here, to help out everyone else with reguards on how to setup playing some of these mp3's or midi's with their current version of UO.

Can a moderator please move this topic to Client Support?

I will look into your suggestion and see what can be done.

I installed UO from my renaissance CD then patched up to the recommended version and my music is working. But I checked my old UO directory that was an install using the files from this site and it's missing the music directory.
