For the record, I'll deed it up and drag everything out of it for 300.

Take it or leave it...there's a lot of junk in there.

Or you can have it all for 500...

Probably make 200 back in the stacks of gold laying around on the floor.

deed + 30k for the house. But first, Dr Faustus adds me as a co-owner and I clean it out for free :-)

No, you missed a very important factor.

I'm not handing it over until it's cleaned out. Cleaning it out entails a good couple hours of dragging crap to a secure spot...

and I'm not gonna do it for free.
