Anyone going to the Moongate from Vesper will pass by this house. Also anyone shopping around Vesper between the bank and the GY will most likely pass by this spot. Extremely high traffic. Only deed +6K.

This really is a great vendor spot...i'll even friend a prospective buyer so they can test out sales. I'm telling you...if you want to get your vendor on, this spot is great. Enough vendors around to attract players, but not too much competition, plus a TON of foot traffic.

I just feel its my obligation to make sure a caring merchant gets this spot. I can't let it go unsold. It's really a great vendor spot. Think of it this way: You're only risking 6K plus the cost of the vendor deed. If your products don't sell like mad, you can always redeed it and get 44K back.

Can some other merchants sound off here? Wouldn't this be a great vendor spot with all the foot traffic and the presence of some other vendor houses in the area that have vendors in them up to 8 deep. I know there are better vendor spots out there, but if the 10 out 10 vethose aren't for sale. Wouldn't this spot seriously push some product? Anyone hitting the Vesper moongate will see this and even higher level players will find it a convenient place to find b/c they just have to hit their Vesper rune.
