These are the only two houses on the entire side of the mountain. I have tried up and down and i dont believe anything else fits on this side.

These 2 fit exactly where they are and neither can be moved 1 tile in any direction to let 2 fit.

Im just looking for a good offer from any types of players who would value this type of property.

I had a deal in place for 65k for one but havnt been able to contact the buyer for weeks. It was blocking both spots.

Ill consider offers over 120. If no one is interested ill just deed them and move on at some point...
If you just want the land that is fine 2. I can deed my houses and you can decide to place one or two.

Well, these are back on the market.

First person who can deliver 150K for both can have them. Ill be out of town until monday the 16th.

If more than one person wants them it will be the first person who can make arrangements to transfer who gets them. I have been waiting on bidders and potential buyers for near a month now...
