Lowered to 55K. If you got gp, this is a nice spot to sit on top of as the shard grows. I'll also take 4 maps, lvl 4 or higher.
The first picture has a lot of info. The second picture is just a good old fashion screenshot.

I wish it were. If the deal falls through I'll let you know but it's not looking that way. I'll let the buyer know and maybe he'll flip it to you.
I'm glad to see the housing market going strong though. I tried to sell this spot a few weeks ago and ended up redeeing it.

I've been communicating with the seller alot, but we've haven't been online at the same time. He's even agreed to do the deal without a broker at this point, so it should happen as soon as we're both online. If at any point, the deal looks like it's in jeapordy, I will contact you first.
