I have been gone, but I was not returned to my prison though I have tasted many fortified wines. I slipped away, withdrawing from the world of laws and men. Gathering only the finest fortified wines, I undertook a regimen of seclusion and fasting. It was in those times--when I had gone without food for weeks, maintained only by a cherry flavored bottle of Thunderbird--that I had a vision that would have destroyed a lesser man and that has infused itself into my very soul. I have stared into the Sun, and I have seen.

• I have seen the surcoats, piled upon one another in thousands, awoken from their slumber deep in the heart of Canada.
  
  I have seen an army adorned in these surcoats, rushing across space and time, fighting for Canadian glory, weapons in hand, a desire for blood beating in their hearts.

The gods themselves constantly hunger for even the smallest taste of what I feasted upon, what my eyes have beheld. There will be a day in which this very world is torn asunder, and a new order is established.

What bothers me about all this is not the unfunniness, as bothersome as that may be, but the thought that maybe this person isn't lying and instead just a little off. As in, he thinks is Hemperor, if not literally, then in some creepy metaphysical or even metaphorical sense.
