Buying Vendor House

Buying a house that would be good for a vendor. Preferably near other Vendors. I placed a high bid a while back for a Yew Moongate house, but the seller is unresponsive so I've given up.

OK cool, I have heard that from a couple people now... I'm just bad at seeing these things. Yew forest and some random swamps, I see nothing... then I literally watch a guy drop a keep. It's crazy.
Anyways I'll go mess around with a deed, thanks for letting me know!
