Where did you get this hally? 136 is crazy, was it grandfathered?

Lol, seperate items...hence the comma. Just cleaning out magic items. The 136 charges is a bag of lightning wands/staves...sorry I'll make the title more understandable especially since the Halberd is gone.

Bump, only lightning charges left. Lowered price to 20k, less than 150gp a charge. Just looking to get rid of stuff
