targetor/cursor hand

when i cast a spell or go into war mode
i don't get the targetor, or the hand doesn't go red until i move it around
its like it doesn't refresh itself
if i have a targetor up and hit esc
the targetor stays there
for such a small thing it is incredibly distracting and throwing me off pretty badly
anyone had this?
im on patch 5.0.9.0
im going to try and patcha bit and see if it changes but duno
