House Decay Rate 11 days

House decay rate has been doubled (it is now approximately 11 days from perfect condition to its destruction).

that was awhile back....alot of those patchnotes were reversed or altered completely later

House days rate estimates ranged from 10 to 14 days in era resporces. It's know but not implememnted here that the total decay time did vary somewhat. We used the longer decay time from the range.
