new vendor outside of despise entrance

Small house outside of despise called The Laughing Guild has a vendor on it with tmaps, runebooks and easter eggs for 500 gold, a lot of power weps priced 2k and under, a few cheaply priced vanqs, and I will randomly restock it as I acquire items.
I will always try to keep the prices cheap to move goods fast, so feel free to stop by and shop at any time.
