I posted about this in my magery 101 training guide. what i do is set personA up with an if conditional.. so if he is less than 50 hp then snoop personB. personB has a macro running to look for that system message "notice personA" and when it spots it then it heals personA.

We actually had this set up nicely working 2 mages up with one healer, just used 2 if's that said "notice personA" and "notice personB" worked like a charm. Did this sparring and used it to train wrest and swords as well.
