Actually I just let them kill each other, then I have my way with them, thats how I like them. Dead but Warm.

You should put these in the Tales of Adventure forum.

And as for the event...

While we got crushed quick we managed to take a few souls with us to Belok. I've got screenies to prove that for 2 minutes we were unstoppable. But just for 2 mins. :D As for the dragons I'm fine with them. Orcs need to adapt. I really don't want to have to use provokers unless no choice because Vish finds musicians to be panzees and too humie like for his taste but gates to send pets around the map might have worked and at least would have been worth a try.

I know how to deal with dragons in an open field situation. With fort defense it is tougher but I'd rather us find a way without requiring GM buffs. The fun of being an orc is the fun of fighting (and occasionally winning) the uphill battles. If I wanted to win 99.9% of fights I'd be running with dragons and recalling from anything close to a fair fight. If someone enjoys that and killing new-resses then I'm fine with it. I think we would have held out better but most of the mages we're alts of others in battle and out of practice. Looking back now we should have summoned demons at least.

I had a blast. We were supposed to lose, and the shard rose up and ground our bones into dust. I applaud the overkill. The fort was levelled so the crushing was appropriate. I love it. The one problem was I kept sneaking back up but there was so much EQing (by Krenbluk?) that I'd have 4 hps whenever I attacked =)

looks like battles were fought on all sides.

I do agree that other things can be tamed as well as dragons, A "herd" of grizzlies would make a worth while fighting

force, hmmm, maybe even 50 chickens, that would be fun to watch. :D

Again, a big thanks to all the staff and players who worked so hard to put this all together.

Be well and stay healthy

My only feedback is that it stunk logging into an inn to get demolished by 6 npc orcs when I had no idea what was going on lol. Other than that I wish I had been able to get involved but alas, the wife came home that day after being gone for 2 weeks visiting her family with my son.
