-Knives should be throwable at people and not just targets. Spears too.
-Creatures would be born and grow instead of just spawning.
-Occasional forest fires and possibly other forms of natural disasters.
-Some animals would run away when attacked instead of attacking back.(such as deer, rabbits, etc.)
-Some houses would decay at different rates depending on evironment and location.(such as swamps and sand)
-Miners could dig tunnels in dirt.
-Explosion kegs could be ignited for bigger explosions.
-Ability to swim.

To be honest, I have no idea. After Trammel came out my play time went way down. I spent the majority of my time mining when everyone abandoned Fel. Then when AoS came out I just cancelled my account. All my friends had long quit by then, guild disbanded, and UO had completed it's decay into a hollow husk. So I am not really sure what new stuff came out from a few months after Trammels release till now.

I know its an old thread
- unable to tell if a player is a pker
- children ingame
- have to eat or you could die
- vendors don't spawn new stock, vendors have to wander(work) to get new stock. reagents have to be grown
- players can kill vendors
- monsters can loot your body
- you are able to sign-up as a guard for a certain town
- non insta kill guards
- unable to macro skills
- while guards are attacking you, you get handcuffed if tou reach a certain hp and the guards escort you(in a wagon) to jail(not the usual jail). On the way there anyone who kills the guard(s) can free you, but more guards will come to get you
- you can break(sneak) out of jail or bribe guards or wait the term. just watch out if any other guards catch you
- recall requires 90 magery with 10% success rate
- open moongate requires 100 magery with 10% success rate.
- traps insta kill you if you don't untrap them
- can't be banned: any bannable offense you are sent to jail and you have to wait till a courtcase is opended.... where depending on the outcome you can get free with a money loss or get jailed for a day
- banks and houses have codes (or keys). if anyone guesses your code correctly then they can take your stuff

Permanent death and all items including full spellbooks and newbie clothes can be looted.

On Siege Perilous you lost spellbooks when looted, but they also had skill abilities attached to them if GM made.

Conditions would get bad in Britannia... real bad. Britain would start to resemble Gotham city (i.e. under absolute control by various crime bosses)... then Batman would come and a never-ending fight between evil and vigilante justice would ensue... and everybody who got involved would have the time of their lives for many years to come.
That's what would have happened...
But since it didn't, UOSA has been doing pretty good job getting that dream back on track... I have yet to see the Bat-man, but I don't know that we have quite reached the point of needing him. I look forward to the time that we do.
EDIT: weird... I didn't add that link on "Bat-man" above... we got some ad-sense thing going on? Not a bad link though

Yeah, certain keywords like Nike and ebay auto create links. Kinda weird but neat I guess. Really weird that Batman does. I wonder if Superman does too?
**EDIT** I guess not. Makes sense though because besides technology, intellect, and his own physical mortal abilities; Batman, had no super powers like Superman did which makes Superman inferior because he had to cheat and be an alien.

It all add's up but with this case extremely slowly. Not sure if we're going to keep it.

Vampirism, where you have to kill to live.
Certainly death by starvation.
