There are a number of instances where certain individuals are using Legal (and illegal/unauthorized) techniques and programming strings to narrow down their search for impending falling homes. By no means am I saying Everyone first on the scene uses unlawful tactics; but I just wanted to point out that the issue exists and almost IMPOSSIBLE to stop.
