There have been some wonderfully informative posts in this thread; drop the pointless saber rattling or ignore each other if you are incapable of behaving civilly. As everyone here for the most part seems rather experienced, the viewpoints are all perfectly valid and can only be compared subjectively.
Anyway, thanks again for the contributions thus far - I've immensely enjoyed reading most of this discussion
