Congrats, nice piece of property, i wish i had the funds, would have made the perfect rares/deco spot ive been hunting for. Worth much more, but guess UOSA realestate is taking a hit also.

It is an epic spot, if [Uhh] hadn't already taken residence in Snake's pass we'd have probably bought this as central, shared/all friended and co-owned housing and had our own private homes spread across the map.
It is sort of let down by the troll spawn - completely era accurate though, there has always been trolls there. Usually three. They troll the most beautiful clearing in the game!

What bothered me was
1. I bought for 3 mil and trying to get money back
2. I bought for 2.5 mil
3. He bought for 2 mil
If ya cant be honest from the start, why should anyone trust ya. Just say, "Hey I bought this for 2 mil and wanna make a 1 mil profit."
Nothing wrong with capitalism. I buy my own books for $3 and go to conventions and book signings and sell for $8.
