I’m not trying to be a dick here, but after a month it’s fair to say anyone with deep enough pockets has probably seen the post as passed on it.

You might want to pull the add down for a month or two and repost when some younger people might have the cash to upgrade. It might take a year or more to move it this way, just like leaving the add up the whole time might. That’s a long time to wait and refresh for a payday that might never come.

You might split up the properties and sell them off individually. It’s more of a hassle, but you might actually net more cash. Newer folks might only have the funds and need for a patio right now. As you sell, let them know you have the castle next door when they are ready to upgrade. You might be able to move the castles eventually without having to post an add.

It’s not one big payday. It’s several smaller paydays that might add up to a bigger overall haul, and free up cash along the way. You’ve got $2.75 Mil tied up in placed property deeds right now with no income in sight. You should get a small deed extra from each patio, and probably an Lshape extra for each castle. That’s 600K over deed price which is better than the only offer you’ve received of 750K below deed price, heh heh. Plus you would slowly draw down the $2.75 Mil that is tied up, so you can do other stuff with it.

The market just isn’t there right now for the sale you want. When that happens, it’s usually best to reassess and find another way to tackle the problem.

It looks like you would be lucky to get 10% over deed price right now. Splitting might net 20% or more. Splitting and putting the money freed up to cornering a market (like boards or ingots) might net a 30-40% return.

That was a lot of words for "I just wanted to make a post here."

It as a free bump, and an alternative.

He hasn't gotten even face value of the deeds yet. I was trying to help him get some profit. That's all.

Is that succinct enough for you:)?

Most people who purchase properties like this have PMed me.
I know when most buy castles, they prefer it not to be broadcast as to not entice griefers who may have CY runes.

To give you a scope over the last month I've had 7 individual messages about the properties. Its worth it for me to keep it bumped and just change the post as need be.
