update: following the ceremony, there will be a FFA prize loot in the treasure room.

84 chests have been stocked with loot ranging from total garbage, to house deeds and a full T-map set of runebooks.

Grab what you can, but gating will not be allowed, save a gate provided by the ushers to a town bank for the especially heavy chests. If you cast gate travel, you will be banned from the treasure room and we'll all laugh at you.

Aside from that, pushing, shoving, stealing, etc are encouraged. Attacking the ushers & attendants will result in your eviction though. You're welcome to recall your loot out and go back for more as well.
