If people collaborated the efforts of the time wasted hunting for IDOCs, and organized events, there might be things to do here other than let your houses fall.

on a side note im glad for people like Vega. do i agree with his actions NO. but without people like him rares would decay. and people would lose old items they love when others quit. so +1 for that

Hehe...which brings us back full circle to certain points I made in my original comment here.
Hoarding the large housing markets and charging 3x to 5x deed prices is no different than hoarding the IDOC market that results from the former situation...truly the snake eating its tail.
Here we have the Housing Brokers fighting with the IDOC campers...
