UO Second Age

Turn all the vendors to statues of Wise and his party if you don't want someone to "reap the benefits" so to speak and make it so vendors cannot be placed there anymore, but do not remove the add-ons. They're part of this shard's history.

That having been said, I don't think anything needs to change with the add-ons and the current status quo with them is fine by me.

DG, KA, C^V and many others have add ons and run vendors where those add ons are. Just the fact that there are some flowers beds and a pathway does not mean people will come to that facility to shop. It is not like $$$ has anything more special than any other guild or some special pixels that draw people to our few vendors like moths to a flame.

That and the shop is very much out of the way. I never go there myself, to be honest.

It's simple jealousy. $$$ has been given something they haven't, but you know if the shoe were on the other foot, they would be fighting tooth and nail to keep their addons rather than agreeing they shouldn't be there.

Is $$$ (aka Brules) maintaining shard policy eligibility for addons? No.

Others have had to work to keep their addons, $$$ should be no different.

If you wish to blame someone, blame Wise. Until this weekend I did not have control of $$$, nor was I guildmaster. Since i took over we are recruiting new members and will be hosting events again. Thank you for your concern, and I hope we can count on your continued support!

Only thing brules should lose is the cock vendor if he still has it. That trademark should retire with wise

All guilds go thru slow times. cA has done it multiple times. PoD did it earlier this year. C^V did it around xmas time last year. This is just a game. When RL calls, we must answer. Only the strongest ones can come back, as all of the guild's I just listed did. $$$ went through a slow period, but is coming back now. Calm down.

Jealous of what? Only addon I ever wanted was a campfire in Trinsic jungles when I was making a tribal guild, and when that didn't work out I accepted the fact that I did not meet the requirements to earn addons.

No one can argue that $$$ earned what they have. They have done more as a guild than most on this shard, and while I don't particularly like them all that much, I acknowledge everything they have done.

RL always trumps UO and so they had to take some time to deal with RL issues. They are back and already have things in the works, so it's not like they have disappeared. Hell, they have more going on most of the time than 90% of the other guilds who have been blessed with additions, yet no one cries foul against them.

Bottom line, this is up to the admin, not the players. They are in line with era accuracy as places were not removed from EA production shards either regardless of how active a guild was at the time. While I think they should remain active, I also recognize that things happen that can pull us from the game from time to time. That is for those parties and Derrick to discuss. Not players, as we have no rights or say in the stipulations of this shard.
