It is in the swamp. I just sold my castle where there is no spawn, on grass, no swamp, waterfront for 3.5 mil, so yes, that does seem steep 3.2 as a buyout.

Buyout from what I can gather is 2.5M (from first post which was edited yesterday morning), and as I understand auctions, a buyout is the amount set so as to assure yourself that no one is going to overbid you. For that assurance a premium is paid, and is set by the seller. If you think BO is too high, feel free to bid, and see how the bids behave.

As it is, if you sold your castle for 3.5M, this castle can be yours for a whole million less!!
