I had planned to stick around until the transaction was completed, but I had to leave to look into something. I tried to clear as many monsters as I could before I left though.

I thought the place looked cleaned up. Usually the previously tamed bears and wolves eat all the monsters.

After I got my Chief together with one of the new owners of the island, the BPD has added Trinsic Estates to our list of places to patrol. We will be stopping by periodically to make sure everything is in order.
