4x5 inches (i'm thinking i'll cut a 8x11 regular sheet of paper in half and cut off excess paper if needed)

That looks awsome... only suggestion id make is changing "its free like a free beer" to something more like "The game misses you too" or "We're still playing"

What about combining the shock value of the second one with the nostalgia factor of the first?
Something like: "F&#^ Trammel!" in big bright letters, below that, "UO: The Second Age, re-live it FREE @
http://www.uosecondage.com".
It also uses that kind of mystery advertising. Like when you see those commercials that make little/no sense but list a website, so then you immediately log on to said site to see WTF it was they were selling...
