When someone has more than one rune, they are always going to use one primarily, this is also usually the one associated with their macro. You can have people watch and see which rune they recall to, and block those spots. Then steal the alternative rune(s), and they are left with no easy escape.

This um "Gentleman" had a whole slew of runes, but 2 were t2a locations (he cant gate there), one was a home (unknown location/North Mines/ect) and the other 2 were town. We just made sure he couldnt get to town easily.
