Not to sound crazy about this sorta thing but ...I can't believe someone paid 3 mil for anything on this server lately.

The market on everything has felt stale for a while now.

GK, I think what you are seeing is that large housing is heating up (Keeps basically aren't placeable anymore...maybe somewhere in a swamp, but not on normal ground), and spawning rares might be going a little stale with the influx of Christmas items. Clearly we can see the price for Keeps are going up and up. Also, Potted Plant Deeds went from 100K per and now I'm seeing them hit the 125K threshold.

Magic weaps seems to be pretty steady. I know this personally with krysses and from what I see from high end hallies, they are staying steady too.

All just my opinion. Changes monthly anyway, so who knows what the future will bring.

GK, you might not understand what was all included in this sale. you didn't just "buy" a keep. You got everything inside. Nothing worth value has slipped in price on this shard. The only thing that has gone down in value is player made goods, and that's because the only ones buying anything made are people who are too lazy to make it. Everyone has trade characters, and most of us have a char in each trade. This makes any good only cost us the raw material price plus time . . . The days of a hard working merchant are pretty much over.

But I priced this sale based on SOLID numbers, a placed keep, a placed large brick, 2 black dye tubs unlimited, a 60 book rune library, enough scrolls and spells to last a lifetime, 60,000 regs, 120 SORTED t-maps, thousands of SORTED magic items, 60 full potion kegs, a wealth of resources, trophys etc, etc, etc The list goes on and for a few weeks he will be finding new and exciting items!

Perhaps the market is not as far off as you think, because I had 3 people working hard to come up with the 3 million buyout price.

Calista is a she and yea there were lots and lots of things in there that were not mentioned. Such as cracked egg shells, necro regs,singing crystal ball and all kinds of usefull everyday things. I dont see moon having to buy anything and I mean anything for a long long time. houndreds of unmarked runes and pouches and whatnot. I was surprised to see all the stuff she got out of the deal.

toss those cracked egg shells and necro regs up on a balcony so ic an check em out

The singing ball alone was worth deed price.
