I'm assuming Alex23 in these forums is also the owner of the PKing character Alex. Not exactly the most imaginative name. I also wasn't surprised to find a rather creative profile writeup on his paperdoll: I was one of the first players on this server. Nice claim dude. I guess you've had plenty of time to build up your player killing skills.

Normally I don't flame people, but Alex, get a grip matey. It's just a game and I think we can all do without the insults (which incidentally are about as interesting as your character design). Are your other 4 characters named, David, John, Andrew and Bob?

I was pked by Alex a couple of days ago and the next day my friend was also struck down on his way between Britain and the Brit moongate. Although we both reported him, Alex is still not red. It's been a few years since I played UO, could someone refresh me on how many murder counts someone needs before they become a murderer?

Btw Alex, I think you meant "too" rather than "to" in your last post.
lol dude your a faggot, It is a game, I will say what i want and kill who i want to build my neg rep.

Golly, you're rather an angry wee chap.

Seriously though, what are the names of your other characters? I've always been fond of John, the most common name in the Western world. Have you ever though about a last name? That can make you even more recognisable. Something like Smith perhaps?

I'm shocked! I would have imagine he was a total legend, he is after all "one of the first players on this shard". Sounds like he's a pretty special guy.

There are no black sandals from NPCs.

I thought I saw some for sale on that big porch house vendor just north west of the Brit moongate? Maybe he got them from somewhere else...

The only black sandals come from the Reward turn-in system.

Ah righto.

Hey apollo, good on you for starting a guild for helping out newbies btw. Even if the angry, anti social players out there enjoy being annoying I think it's awesome that there's some people around who still help others out. :)

I certainly agree that the original Felluca Trammel split ruined OSI's UO back in the day, there just wasn't the added excitement and danger of getting whupped by some random punter out in the wilderness. It's all about balance however. I think the shard so far is pretty cool. There are nice chaps like Apollo and the dude who gave me my first house deed around, and then the less savoury types, just like in real life. :)

I do wish some of the PKs were a little more verbal however. They might even try roleplaying a nasty character instead if just getting a negative rep prefix. I guess they're just too busy hitting spell macros...

Yeah, I did offer to buy them back, but they aren't worth as much as you think they are. And not rare like you think either.
