So to understand, you want me to re transferred the houses to broker the deal...again?
I work on the weekends, and actually hopefully Sunday will be a short day.
Why not give the deeds to the broker you picked?

Alright, I will replace the patios (btw a keep fits) AND transfer them back to cavey so you can do the transfer on Sunday. You will give both deeds (castle and small) to cavewight of GL.
