I have a super secluded keep + L next door to each other

Sadly 5 mil is just way over my budget since i will be paying most of it myself and will have the guildies save as they please, i am more determined to get things going now because who wants to have a guild tower, decorate it... love it... and then change houses hahaha..

so the sooner i can find my guild village location the better

i am currently thinking my best options are either:

1. finding some one with multiple house locations near each other, no smaller than patio unless the small goes well with the land lay out, ect...
a. paying for the entire location over time, a up front payment of a certain agreeable amount and then weekly payment until paid off.
b. paying for one single house location at a time, until every house in that location is purchased or belongs to myself.

i will also be contacting other players whom own houses in the area to efficiently make a proper guild village. that search will not begin until i procure the first setup
