This idea will kill the IDOC crews, when your occupants quit the shard just go clean it out and loan to the next new player.. Good idea.

I got one of those Keeps and previously a brick from Fagabeefe. Great guy, handed him the deed before transfer both times.

Same here. I bought my first home (patio) from him, and also my tower when I had enough money to upgrade. He treated me right both times.
