That is a T2A entrance.
I prefer the trinsic entrance cuz I cna bring my mount through.
But if you are a newb, looking for a home.... this is a good deal!

THere are a lot of t2a entrances, but which allows mounts?
Only the Trinsic entrance that I'm aware of. But maybe there is anohter?
Trinsic is easy. Recall there, enter cave, recall to desired T2A location.

Doesn't appear to be any homes on this island anymore.
I don't really see the point in owning this private island... treasure hunters will pop in on occasion. And wow, there are a lot of snakes here. I've actually come to enjoy dealing with Silver Serpents, pretty easy to provoke them onto any other serpents around.
This island does suck tho... strange that someone would buy the houses only to fold it all up.
