This is a straight sale for a keep deed, not an auction. The thread is old and has gone through some changes, hence the confusion with the SB/BO. The only person who bid the SB when this was an auction (jay) was informed that I likely wouldn't sell for that before he even bid. He is not mad. No harm no foul.

Your previous offer of 600k was rejected, metastasis, as is your tower + small offer.
