or
2 patio deeds and a placed small?
i would be so happy, would be my first real house, only ever had small ones.

2 patios deeds and 2 smalls. The smalls can be placed or just deeds up to you.

just to keep this all offical. Freak show has asked me to complete the trade as he works odd hours. the deal is for 2 x patio deed and 2 x small deed.
